We had a thoroughly enjoyable time in Hawaii. The hotel had some confusion during our stay but you handled it extremely quickly, and we did not even need to follow up on it. which we are very grateful for. We utilized the hotel amenities and went around the island with our friends, which was wonderful. We do plan on asking you for help for our future trips, and will definitely refer you to our friends who are looking for a good travel agent.
