I want to thank you for the work you went to on my behalf. The wheelchair was a great blessing. I really would not have arrived on time without it in Singapore. The assistance was superb. They told me they were holding the flight for me. I breathed a sigh of relief when I made the connection to HK. last person on! In HK the long walk to immigration, waiting, and then getting luggage would have been impossible for me. Great foresight on your part. Great appreciation.

We want to say thank you for arranging the wonderful Chinese New Year holiday for us. YOU recommended a nice And quiet hot spring boutique hotel for us in Wulai (Huulai, Taiwan). The hotel is wonderful and the main street is within the walking distance. We were surprised and very delighted to see the greeting from Charlotte Travel in our hotel rooms.
