Jackie's experience comes from a lifetime of working in the travel industry in Hong Kong, London and Malaysia and she never stops listening to her clients. In the face of on-line purchasing, the travel industry needs to become more of a relationship business; based on trust and confidence. Jackie views travel advising as a door-to-door responsibility, beginning with when you step out of your front door right up until when you arrive back home.
