Head of Business Development

Charlotte Travel is currently seeking a Head of Business Development to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives to expand our market presence, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategies that align with our vision for the future. 

Roles & Responsibilities:
Affiliate Advisor Growth
  • Formulate and execute effective strategies and commercial initiatives to enhance affiliate advisor growth.
  • Identify, evaluate, and expand into potential markets and regions.
  • Recruit new affiliate advisors.
Management of Affiliate Advisor Programs
  • Develop and manage affiliate advisor programs that drive business performance.
  • Set performance targets and KPIs for affiliate advisors.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Foster strong engagement with all affiliate advisors.
  • Maintain a sustainable business model.
  • Support affiliate advisors in marketing efforts, including training, product development, and supplier engagement. Organize events, workshops, and training sessions to motivate and engage affiliate advisors.
  • Provide regular feedback and support to enhance affiliate advisor performance.
Brand Value Support and Creation
  • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high service standards.
  • Regularly review and update quality assurance processes.
  • Address any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Uphold the firm’s and industry’s ethical and integrity standards.
  • Drive and create recognized standards within the industry.
  • Optimize market positioning and expand the firm's presence in key markets through strategic initiatives.
  • Build a strong network of partners and clients to reinforce the firm’s status as a major industry player.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in business development and management.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure with a focus on achieving excellence.
  • Strong skills in strategy execution and results delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury markets.
  • Creative and resourceful with excellent management skills.
  • Knowledge and connections within the Travel/Hospitality industry.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and solution-focused, acting as an owner of the business.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
