Amanusa, Bali

On the island’s southern peninsula of Nusa Dua, Amanusa is a short drive from Denpasar Bali Airport.

SUITES & VILLAS

Thatched roofs and four poster beds, Amanusa's Suites celebrate true Balinese style and are furnished in a soothing palette of beige, brown, cream and honey. Bathroom features a sunken tub with garden views. Some offer private pools. Hidden in true privacy, Amanusa's Villas enjoy serene garden views and a beautiful natural setting designed around an inviting swimming pool and terrace. Two bedrooms are housed in the main two-storey structure with open living areas, while one or more bedroom pavilions are set in the gardens. Each Villa also offers a large open-air dining pavilion for ten and a library. Both the Suites and Villas open into private courtyards with outdoor showers.

The Nusa Dua peninsula on Bali’s southern coast is home to the island's top golf courses (which Amanusa guests have priority access to) as well as its most beautiful coastline. Amanusa’s Beach Club offers ample opportunities for exploring the turquoise waters, but the resort is equally a place for quiet contemplation at one of the nearby temples or for simply letting go and sinking into the frangipani-scented natural splendour.  Private surfing tours along the southern coast of Nusa Dua are available, and a variety of craft can be chartered to visit nearby islands. Ladies, spend the day at the spa overlooking the lush peninsula with an adjacent open-air relaxation area and end the day with fresh seafood from a range of private dining spots.
