  • Day 1

    San Francisco

    This morning begins your exciting journey through the United States. We have organized a curated college trip for your child that includes consultations with college prep experts, professors and multi-lingual students, while making sure that you have plenty of fun family bonding along the way! Your private jet will land in San Francisco at 10AM. There a luxury SUV will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel. Once you arrive, check in and freshen up in time for your activity.

    At noon, your local guide will meet you at your hotel and together with your SUV and driver, you will embark on a culinary excursion. Head with your driver to the Valencia Corridor, home to some of the most vibrant food ventures in this hip part of town. Enjoy a behind-the scenes look at San Francisco’s only operating chocolate factory, as well as the best bakery and taqueria in town, among others. Visit San Francisco's famous Chinatown and finish off your excursion with a coffee and sweets exploration of Hayes Valley. After you try the locally-roasted coffee from a mobile café, your guide will lead you to a charming confiserie with treats from around the world, before watching ice cream churn in a 3 second display of culinary innovation.

    At 4:00pm, your driver will pick you up to take you to the world-famous California Academy of Sciences, a natural history museum in San Francisco, California, that is among the largest museums of natural history in the world. The museum houses over 26 million specimens covers 400,000 square feet (37,000 square metres). Here, you will receive a private tour. This will be your final activity of the day. Following this, return to your hotel. If you feel too tired, we can organize dinner in your hotel. If not, we will book at top Chinese restaurant for you.

  • Day 2

    San Francisco

    In the morning, your driver and guide will meet you at your hotel and take you to Stanford, about a 45-60 minute drive. Stanford University is one of the world's leading research universities. It is known for its entrepreneurial character and its relationship to Silicon Valley. Stanford is located in California's Bay Area, one of the most intellectually dynamic and culturally diverse areas of the nation. While there you will receive a VIP tour, having the opportunity to meet with top professors. We will make every effort to have you meet professors and students in your areas of interest.

    In the afternoon, you will get the opportunity to visit the birthplace of computers and learn about how companies like Facebook, Apple, Google and IBM are changing the way we live and work. Accompanied by a very engaging techie who knows all the gossip and insider stories of one of the Valley's closed campuses like Google or Facebook to meet with an employee and see their campus and employee common spaces. Then head off to visit the Santa Clara interlocking machine, one of the first computers to ever exist. See the garage where Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard developed HP's first product. Shop your heart out at Apple Headquarters - the only place in the world that sells Apple logo shirts, caps, and accessories. Return to San Francisco and enjoy dinner in the city.

  • Day 3


    In the morning, check out of your hotel early where your driver and luxury SUV will be waiting to take you to the airstrip. From there, you will board your private plane flight to Boston (at approximately 9:00am). Boston is one of the oldest and most historic cities in America. From the legendary Beacon Hill neighborhood to the Freedom Trail to learning about the Revolutionary days, the city is packed with cultural and educational opportunities for all.

    When you land in Boston, your driver-guide will meet you with an SUV and take you to check-in and drop your bags off at your hotel. Once you have freshened up, you will head on a private night tour Boston to see sights including Beacon Hill, the West End, the Seaport District and the site of the Boston Massacre. Following the tour, we will book you in for dinner at a delicious Cambridge, Massachusetts restaurant.

  • Day 4


    This morning, your driver/guide will meet you at your hotel and take you to Cambridge, the home to two of the world's top universities: Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

    In the morning, you will receive a VIP tour of Harvard. The university is the oldest institution of higher education in the United States, established in 1636 by the Massachusetts Bay Colony. If you would like, we can organize for you to attend a private classroom session (not included in the quote). You will end your morning with lunch with a famous Harvard professor.

    In the afternoon, you will head over to MIT. The mission of MIT is to advance knowledge and educate students in science and technology. While at MIT, you will also receive a VIP tour and have the opportunity to visit an MIT lab, not normally open to the public.

  • Day 5


    In the morning once you have checked out of your hotel, your driver and luxury SUV will be waiting to take you to the airstrip. From there, your will board your private plane to Hanover, New Hampshire to visit the Dartmouth College campus and meet with a professor. Founded in 1769, Dartmouth is a member of the Ivy League and consistently ranks among the world's greatest academic institutions. It is most famous for its professional schools—the Geisel School of Medicine, Thayer School of Engineering, and the Tuck School of Business.

    Upon completion of the tour, you will board your plane once again and fly to Westerly. Upon landing, your car and driver will be waiting for you to whisk you away to your hotel for the night, a 10 minute ride from the airport.

    Today, your guide will meet at your hotel and take you into Newport. The town is the perfect place to enjoy a little family fun. Home to spectacular coastal scenery, awe-inspiring architecture, a thriving waterfront downtown, and welcoming hospitality, Newport, Rhode Island is considered by many to be a shining gem in the coastal crown of New England.

    Your first port of call (quite literally) will be a family sailing adventure on an antique motor yacht, cruising around the Newport Area. Head to Dutch Harbor for lunch, see the famous Newport Mansions waterside or sailing around little-known Jamestown for true insider tour.
    The morning includes a delicious lunch in Newport. After your cruise, enjoy Newport's beach town snacks before returning to your resort where you have the afternoon free to relax!

  • Day 7


    In the morning, your Mandarin-speaking driver/guide will meet you at your hotel and drive you to Providence, Rhode Island to visit Brown University. Founded in 1764, Brown University is the seventh-oldest college in the United States. While at the University, you will have a VIP tour and meet with a professor and Mandarin-speaking students (upon availability). Following the tour, board your private flight to New Haven and arrive in time for your VIP tour of Yale University.

    When you arrive in New Haven, a car and driver will be waiting to take you over to Yale University. Yale University is another private Ivy League research university. Founded in 1701 as the "Collegiate School", the university is the third-oldest in the United States. Today, it is one of the best known universities in the world. When you arrive at the University, a student or a professor will be waiting to take you on an insider's tour of the university.

    At the end of the tour a car and driver will be waiting for you to take you back to your plane. From New Haven, you will fly to Philadelphia. The residents of Philly, as it is known locally, have a deeply seeded pride in their town, and rightly so. The City of Brotherly Love holds a special place in the rich tapestry of American history and makes an ideal destination for culture vultures and history buffs alike. Upon landing, a car and driver will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel to check in. The rest of the evening is at your own leisure.

  • Day 8


    Your driver/guide will meet you at your hotel. They will then drive you over to the University of Pennsylvania. More than 250 years after its founding, the University of Pennsylvania continues to achieve excellence in research and education. In addition to ushering in new ideas, Penn has also welcomed countless leaders through its doors. Nine signers of the Declaration of Independence and 11 signers of the Constitution are associated with the University.

    Your first stop of the morning will be Wharton School of Business. Established inn 1881, it was the world's first collegiate business school. There, have organized a special meeting for you with one of its top professors. After that, head on a VIP tour of the University campus with a student.

    After your campus tour, driver/guide will meet you to take you on a fun family-tour of Philadelphia. No visit to this city would be complete without biting into a delicious Philly cheesesteak. Your guide will take you to a well-known joint for one of these sandwiches made from thinly sliced pieces of steak and melted cheese in a long roll.

    Once you're feeling full, you will head on a classic tour of Philadelphia. You will spend the afternoon experiencing Philadelphia's rich history with a tour of Revolutionary Philadelphia to see first-hand how the United States was born in Philadelphia. Your first stop will be Independence Hall, where the American Declaration of Independence was signed. You will also get to see some of Philadelphia's other important museums and historical sites, including the Liberty Bell.

    If the family is interested, we can also organize a fun 1.5 hour journey into Amish country (not included in quote). The Amish are known for simple living, plain dress, and reluctance to adopt many conveniences of modern technology. The rules of the church include prohibitions or limitations on the use of power-line electricity, telephones, and cars, as well as regulations on clothing.

    When you arrive, you will feel like you have headed back in time. You will have the opportunity to learn about this distinct American culture and even ride in one of their horsedrawn buggies. After you return to your hotel and your have had time to freshen up, have dinner at one of Philadelphias top Italian restaurants.

  • Day 9

    Philadelphia - New York City

    In the morning, driver/guide will meet you at your hotel. From there, you'll head to the Philadelphia Museum of Art. In the early afternoon, your driver/guide will drive you Princeton in time for your VIP tour of Princeton University. Chartered in 1746, Princeton is the fourth-oldest college in the United States.

    Upon completion of the tour, take your private flight to New York City. You will be staying just off Central Park in Mid-town Manhattan. Perhaps the most talked about island in the world, Manhattan has more to it than electric lights and stunning skyscrapers. A million streets and parks to explore and discover, you will never be bored in this most vibrant of cities, as you will find out over the next few days. Upon landing, a car and driver will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel. Once you have checked in, the rest of the evening is at your own leisure.

  • Day 10

    New York City

    In the morning, meet your guide at hotel to take you on a half-day adventure of Lower Manhattan. Here, you will experience the history and future of New York as you walk the streets where the early history of NYC took place, St. Paul's Chapel, Wall Street, Trinity Church, City Hall, Brooklyn Bridge, and more. Stop at the World Financial Center and view "Ground Zero" of the World Trade Center. Then, take an exhilarating walk along the The High Line, an elevated footpath that follows the river along much of lower and Midtown Manhattan. The High Line is always buzzing with energy and people and is probably the best way to see the Westside of the city.

    Once you have worked up an appetite, we will take you to the famous all-American food joint, The Shake Shack. This modern day “roadside” burger stand serves up the most delicious burgers, hot dogs, frozen custard, shakes, beer, wine and more. This afternoon, you will visit New York University (NYU). Once again, you will have the opportunity to meet with students and professors gaining an insider's view into this vibrant New York institution.

  • Day 11

    New York City

    In the morning, your expert  and driver will meet you at your hotel. From there you will head to Little Italy and Chinatown.

    Manhattan's Little Italy and Chinatown have been home to Italian and Chinese immigrants since the 1870s and retain much of their nineteenth and early twentieth century feel both in the scale of the buildings (many are four or five story tenement-style structures) and in the sights, smells and sounds that immediately envelop one when walking the bustling streets. As a major gateway for immigrants, these areas were and continue to be home to some of New York's most fascinating stores, restaurants, and cafes. On this two-and-a-half hour private walking seminar explores the immigrant experience of Little Italy and Chinatown through the food that these neighborhoods produce. Along the way you'll sample a variety of dishes and get to see how immigrant communities have shaped New York City and American cuisine as we know it today.

    After lunch, you'll get to visit one of the wonders of New York City: Central Park. This 840 acre haven is full of amazing sights and places of interest for people visiting New York. On this short adventure, enjoy a 2-3 hour pedi-cab ride in the park with your private expert pedi-cab driver. Explore sights such as: Balto, the Bandshell, Bethesda Terrace, the Dakota, Sheep Meadow, Strawberry Fields and the North Woods. With your private guide you are free to get out and walk around and enjoy the majesty of the Park.

    After your ride is over, your car and driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel. In the evening, we will arrange a truly VIP experience for you and your group. Pick from one of the three following options:

    • Behind the Scenes of Broadway: Select a musical or play you would like to see and we can arrange a coffee chat with one of its stars along with 3 front row seats and a backstage visit to meet the cast after the show. Don’t forget to bring flowers!
    • Behind the Scenes of the Intrepid: Head out to the Intrepid, the historic aircraft carrier located on Manhattan's Westside that has become an National Historic Landmark. Normally packed with tourists, you will have the opportunity to walk around with an expert guide and view it's Sea, Air & Space Museum in true VIP fashion.
    • Museum at Night: For the kid in every one of us, get into the American Museum of Natural History after-hours and meet your favorite scientist (famous Biologists, paleontologists and astrophysicists, for example!) for access to areas not open to the public.

    New York City

    In the morning, you will head with your driver-guide on your final VIP university tour. This time you will visit Columbia University. Established in 1754, it is the oldest institution of higher learning in the state of New York and the fifth oldest in the United States and also a member of the prestigious Ivy League.. Once you have finished your tour, the rest of the day is at your leisure. We would be delighted to organize other activities depending on your interest.

    New York City

    Today, you will be joined by a highly experienced personal shopper and head down Fifth Avenue or to the outlet stores. Your personal shopper will get to know you and discuss your shopping needs, wants and style preferences. Head into private showrooms, find out what all the New York fashionistas will be wearing next season. See what the big labels are bringing out, but also get an insider's view into the new and upcoming designers who are going to make it big over the next couple of years.

    For your last night in the United States, we have organized a special private sailboat cruise at sunset around southern Manhattan, including the Statue of Liberty. On board, we have arranged for a sumptuous meal cooked by a top Chinese chef.
